A few questions that I often get asked…feel free to contact me if you have further questions!

What time of day do you typically like to shoot?

I always schedule my sessions according to when the sun will be setting. Regular 2-hour sessions are scheduled about 2.5 hours before the sun sets. Mini-sessions can be a bit later since they don’t last as long. Summer sessions will start later in the evenings, while winter sessions will have to start earlier.

What’s your availability for portrait sessions?

I shoot portraits on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons/evenings.  My weekends are reserved for weddings and time with my family. If there’s no way to make a week night work for your portraits, we can try to find an available weekend evening, but there is an upcharge for any weekend shoots.

What’s your availability for weddings?

Please call or email to see if your wedding date is available. I only shoot one wedding per weekend, and only 2-3 weddings per month in order to give each couple the attention they deserve!

How do I book my wedding?

In order to reserve your date so that no one else can have it and so that I am all yours on your wedding day, I require a signed contract and $750 non-refundable deposit. Please call or email for a copy of the wedding contract.

Are you available for travel?

I am! I love to travel. If I’m driving to your location, the travel fee is $0.65/mile both ways and possibly a hotel stay. As for destination or out-of-state weddings requiring airfare, all necessities must be covered such as plane tickets, hotel, rental car, and a small food voucher. Additionally, a second shooter is required for all out-of-state weddings, and their travel expenses must be covered as well.
